Carry out checks as defined in the “B” Check Sheets during Static Commissioning activities.
Understanding and execution of commissioning procedures during Dynamic Commissioning activities.
Authorized person to effect the electrical lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) of electrical equipment, specifically High Voltage (HV), where authorized.
Assist other disciplines and vendors where the work scope overlaps (flexible work practice).
Attend regular Safety meetings, and demonstrate safety awareness in the performance of normal work functions.
Observe COMPANY safety rules and regulations, including the Permit to Work system, and comply with same.
Maintain good housekeeping conditions in the electrical workshop, job sites, and switch rooms.
Responsible for economical use of materials and equipment, high volume/high quality work, and the proper care and protection of tools and equipment.
Undertake all training activities as deemed necessary by COMPANY.
Minimum of 5 years post apprenticeship/training experience in the electrical field, three of which must be in the construction/commissioning of oil and gas or petrochemical facilities.
